How Do I Set Up An Account
Give us a call or shoot us an email and we’ll get you started! Our dispatcher will ask you a few questions regarding your company and your payment preferences, so please have the following information ready:

• Your Name
• Company Name & Address
• Business Type
• Email Address
• Credit Card Information 

How Do I Place An Order
We highly encourage the use of our online order form, but can happily book orders for you over the phone if necessary.
How Do I Change/Cancel an Order?
Please call to let us know about it as soon as possible. Wouldn’t want one of our riders sprinting to a non-existent pickup, would we? 
Can I Get Food Delivered?
Sure! The best way to go about doing so is to prepay with the restaurant you’re ordering from, but if that’s not an option, our riders will gladly front the cash for your order.

We book all food deliveries on 1 Hour or ASAP Service Levels. 

Do You Pickup and/or Deliver Outside of Manhattan?
Absolutely. Please refer to the outer borough fees listed on our rates page for more info.
Can You Do Legal Filing?
